Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data G2F Design collects through g2fdesign.com, why we collect it and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

G2F Design, Budapest, Hungary. You can reach us about anything on this page at office@g2fdesign.com.

What we collect

• When you email us or send our enquiry form: your name, email address and whatever you write or select in the form, such as company, phone, service, budget and timeline. We use it only to reply and to work with you.
• When you book a call: bookings run through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick, and sends us the booking. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
• When you visit the site: we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you.
• Security: our security plugin (Wordfence) and our host keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site from attacks.

Why we are allowed to use it

We answer your messages, enquiries and bookings because you asked us to (steps before a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We run analytics only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), and we keep security logs because we have a legitimate interest in a safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We keep emails, enquiries and booking details as long as we work together and for up to 2 years after, unless the law requires longer, for example for invoices. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Security logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

Who else sees it

We never sell your data. The only services that process it for us are our web host, Google (Analytics), Calendly (bookings) and our email provider. Some of them may store data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Write to office@g2fdesign.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, NAIH (naih.hu).

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
